COACHES
At Limehouse Laces, our all female coaching staff is dedicated to nurturing well-rounded, intelligent, and motivated girls both on and off the pitch. Our diverse team represents a range of ages, cultural, ethnic, and social backgrounds, bringing a wealth of perspectives and experiences to our club. We emphasise versatility, positional awareness, and a deep understanding of the game, believing that every player has the potential to grow with time, effort, and the right opportunities. Our approach avoids trials, offers sponsored places, and includes female-only sessions to ensure football is accessible to all. We foster independent decision-making, enjoyment, and resilience within a positive and supportive environment. Committed to continuous improvement and lifelong learning, our qualified coaches, all with current DBS checks and safeguarding certifications, focus on developing not just exceptional footballers, but individuals who strive to be their best and contribute to the long-term success of our club.

MUMMY MANAGERS
At Limehouse Laces, our Mummy Managers are the backbone of each league team, providing invaluable support to coaches, players, and parents alike. These dedicated volunteers play dual roles, with one taking a hands-on approach during training and match days, and the other focusing on administrative tasks behind the scenes. Together, they ensure everything runs smoothly, on and off the pitch.
The hands-on Mummy Manager assists during training sessions and matches, helping with drills, line-ups, and keeping the team organised. On match days, they also act as a key point of support for the girls’ welfare, addressing everything from injuries to period-related needs, ensuring every player feels cared for and ready to perform.
Meanwhile, the admin-focused Mummy Manager liaises with opposing teams, coordinates transport, and keeps parents informed of schedules and updates. Both Mummy Managers serve as vital liaisons between the club, coaches, and parents, fostering clear communication and a sense of community within the team.
With their shared commitment to the welfare and development of the players, our Mummy Managers embody the supportive, inclusive ethos of Limehouse Laces, ensuring football is a positive and enriching experience for every girl in the club.
